يعتبر هذا الإصدار الثاني لمنتوجات الشركة بعد ان تم تحويل كيانها القانوني الى شركة مساهمة مقفلة وزيادة راس مالها الى – مليون دينار كويتي – وهذا دليل على نجاح سياسة الإدارة والتي إمتدت من 1991 وذلك من خلال تطوير المعدات والمباني وزيادة أنواع المنتجات , بناءا على متطلبات السوق وما كان لهذا النجاح أن يستمر في ظل منافسة تقلبات الأسواق المحلية والخليجية لولا وجود رؤية وسياسة ثابتة تقوم على المحافظة على الجودة و التطوير وخدمة ما بعد البيع والتي نتج ثقة العملاء واستمراريتهم وهذا ما اتخذته الشركة هدفا لها من إنشائها .
